Intelsat delays public offering for a second time

Bermuda-based satellite network operator Intelsat has been granted permission by the federal government to delay an initial public offering (IPO) of its stock. The move is the second time the operator has delayed the sale; it now has until 30 June 2004 to launch the offering.
