Mobile lines in service reach 133.2 million by end-June

The number of active mobile SIMs in circulation in Brazil reached 133.2 million by 30 June 2008, according to preliminary data published yesterday by the country’s telecom regulator Anatel. Monthly net additions were 2.6 million, it said.
