Visafone nearing one million subscribers

CDMA-based operator Visafone says that its subscriber base is rapidly approaching the one million subscriber mark, and that it is increasing its coverage in 16 states and over 150 cities. The cellco's network, which was launched in February 2008, currently covers approximately 50% of the population.
