3G and WiMAX guidelines by June, says minister

Indian telecoms minister Andimuthu Raja has hinted that the government will publish guidelines for 3G and WiMAX networks by June. Speaking at an industry conference, Raja added that he expected rollout of such networks to begin no later than January 2009.
