Vodafone launches Ciboodle platform

Vodafone’s Dutch mobile unit has announced the deployment of Graham Technology’s Ciboodle customer interaction platform. Graham Technology is a provider of customer-oriented business software and services. Its Ciboodle product will enable Vodafone Netherlands to provide round-the-clock call handling services for its 3.9 million strong subscriber base. Ciboodle provides functions such as number porting, call and/or SMS barring, pre-paid top-up, SMS history, call diversion, access to voicemail and GPRS administration.
