North-West exits Telecominvest

North-West Telecom, part of the Svyazinvest group, has completed the sale of its 15% stake in Telecominvest. CNews reported previously that Renaissance Investment Manager, on behalf of its daughter company AF Telecom Holding, intended to acquire the shares, priced at USD410 million. Telecominvest's holdings include shares in cellco MegaFon and telco PeterStar.
