20% of T-HT to be sold off in September

Financial agency HANFA, quoted by Telecompaper, has confirmed that after 17 September investors will be able to subscribe some 20% of former monopoly operator T-HT. Earlier this year in June the government announced that up to 23% of the telco would be sold off, and with this latest announcement a timetable has been put in place. The prospectus will be delivered to the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency by 29 August, while investors will be able to place offers for shares from 17 September.
