Belgacom: ‘a cash cow’ and not for sale

Belgium’s Public Enterprise Minister has gone on the record to say that he is not interested in selling the state’s 50.1% stake in Belgacom, preferring to receive an annual dividend from the holding than a lump sum from a sale.
