Argentina 'on course' for 2010 broadband target
Cisco director of operations for South America South, Sebastían Ballerini, has told BNamericas that he believes Argentina could end 2007 with over two million broadband connections compared with 1.59 million at the end of 2006, and is on track to meet the government’s goal of four million by 2010. ‘I think the figure of four million broadband connections is a very challenging goal. However, I believe that looking at the way broadband is growing, we are in a good position to achieve this,’ Ballerini added.
