TME strikes mobile e-mail deal

Telefónica Móviles España (TME) has contracted Openwave Systems for the deployment of a mobile e-mail service based on the vendor’s IP-based Adaptive Messaging platform. The service will allow TME subscribers to receive real-time e-mail alerts from multiple e-mail accounts and fully manage their mailboxes from any mobile handset.
