3G in the UAE, good for you and good for me: Etisalat vendor bids

Contending bidders for the build out of Etisalat’s third generation (3G) mobile phone network must submit offers by the end of August. The winner will be announced in November this year. Etisalat is the only regional telco in the UAE planning to introduce 3G.
