Sales fall at FET

Taiwanese mobile operator Far EasTone has reported a 3% drop in first-half operating revenues, from TWD35.57 billion (USD1.1 billion) in the first six months of 2005 to TWD34.49 billion (USD1.05 billion) in the same period this year. Operating income fell from TWD9.67 billion to TWD8.48 billion, while net income dropped from TWD7.77 billion to TWD6.60 billion.
