Convergys to upgrade TE billing systems

Telecom Egypt has contracted Convergys to replace its existing billing systems with its Infinys rating and billing solution. Under the five-year deal Convergys will provide CRM support and merge the telco’s separate Business Support Systems to improve efficiency when launching and selling new services. The vendor will also provide project management, business requirement analysis, solution definition, configuration, installation, testing, and data migration services.
