Wataniya mulls Lebanese partnership plan

Wataniya Telecommunications Company, which is one of the firms bidding for two available wireless licences in Lebanon, has said it is in discussions and examining possible partnerships to run the network if it is successful in its bid. Wataniya is up against five other bidding groups, with former operators Cellis and LibanCell believed to be strong contenders for the awards.
